London Games Festival is the world’s biggest celebration of video games and interactive entertainment: with 40 events across the city, activity over 12 days and over 400 games to play.
With a special emphasis in 2020 on how Games Are Good For You, there’s a range of fun, informative and exciting things happening – from huge games showcases through to industry-focused programmes supporting games studios.

Games Culture Summit
The Games Culture Summit has been a staple of the London Games Festival since it started, offering a reactive platform that takes the temperature around cultural engagement with video games.
Historically, we’ve looked at how the institutions approach, show and archive games with the likes of the BFI, Museum of London, and V&A regularly driving the discussion. This year we’re asking the actual practitioners – the people making games, the artists reinterpreting them – to talk about their experiences.
We have speakers from Ustwo, Playtopia, Antstream and other guests to be confirmed – see our speaker list as it expands, below, and the event agenda to the right.
Tickets cost £15* and include priority access to the HUB’s roundtables and mentoring sessions. A £40* combi-ticket grants access to all three of the HUB summits: Games Impact, Games Culture and Interactive Narratives.
