Join Froglife at Trent Park to celebrate the work being carried out to help the park’s toads!
With a 68% decline in their population over the last 30 years, toads need our help. Come and build hibernacula with us and then reward yourself for your hard work with a go on our Virtual Reality experience and see the world as a toad!
Activities include:
• Photography Sessions – Learn how to take stunning wildlife images using just the camera on your phone, led by a professional Wildlife Photographer.
• Virtual Reality Experience – find out what it’s like to be a toad!
• Hibernacula Building – Join our ecologist and help create places for toads to hibernate in.
• Pond Doctor – Got a toad dilemma? Or a pond puzzle? Bring all your problems to the Pond Doctor for diagnosis!
• Children’s Activities – Mask-making, colouring-in, activity sheets and toad origami
• Information Stand – Find out about all the other amphibians and reptiles you can find in London.
• Graffiti Artist – Watch as a beautiful toad mural emerges…
