Relieve your body of everyday stress by learning how to relax it. Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit by recentering your energy and be refreshed to get back to work.
Learn how elites use techniques such and Breathwork, Cold Exposure,and Light Therapy to regain their loss energy and stay refreshed through the week. Yogis, professional athletes are said to have used these methods.
The session starts with intensive breathing exercises followed by a guided ice bath experience. After that, the session continues with Infrared Light Therapy and it will be brought to a soothing end.
