Hi all!
I am constantly getting distracted and never able to finish a book, which is why I started reading on the bus and surprisingly really began to enjoy the journey.
So i’ve started a monthly bus reading gathering that runs the first Tuesday of the month.
The idea is we will meet as group at the confirmed bus stop at 8pm (St Mary of Eton Church) board the 26 bus, read any book we like and then have a catchup / drink at Bar Italia after the bus terminates.
This is a great way to start a book you have been meaning to start or continue reading a book you already have started or just want to spend some time meeting others by reading and having a catchup after.
The event is held in the evening to avoid crowds and you will also need to be comfortable reading on moving transport!
Apart from that everyone is free to join!
