The Long Play Sessions - Sathnam Sanghera: In Conversation and Book Signing
We’re excited to welcome Sathnam Sanghera to The Long Play Sessions to discuss his book, ‘Tonight The Night Seemed So Loud ‘, on the life, music and legacy of George Michael.
Through George Michael’s remarkable journey, Sathnam explores the defining forces of his life and career – from immigration, homophobia and fame to the cultural landscape of the 1980s and 90s, creative genius, the tabloids, addiction, obsessive fans and shame.
A revealing and deeply engaging conversation about an artist whose music continues to resonate, and whose legacy has grown in the years since his tragic death in 2016.
As usual, there are a number of early-bird tickets available for £5, so be quick! Link below.
