This summer, Up at The O2 have teamed up with The Hour Wellbeing to offer yoga and HIIT sessions atop one of London’s most iconic landmarks. Whether people are looking for an intense fitness session or a relaxed yoga session, fitness junkies and thrill seekers alike can enjoy a thoroughly unique experience on top of The O2.
Those taking part can kickstart their summer fitness goals with an unforgettable workout experience whilst taking in one of London’s most iconic landmarks. Limited tickets are available on the 27th July, 3rd August, 10th August, 17th August and 24th August, with all session taking part at 8am.
Up at The O2’s alternative location offers a moment of peace and quiet in the busy summer period. Clear skies showcase the panoramic sights with landmarks visible up to 15 miles away. It’ll be like no other workout you’ve ever done before.

Sessions are suitable for all skill levels. Please arrive in your own yoga or workout kit, including socks; all climbing equipment, yoga mats and blocks will be provided by Up at the O2
