Join us at The Royal Oak Marylebone for a special evening celebrating the best of British seafood, in collaboration with Wright Brothers.
Wright Brothers have built their reputation on sourcing exceptional fish and shellfish from trusted fishermen and coastal farms around the UK and Ireland. For this one-off supper club, we’ll be showcasing some of that produce through a seasonal four-course menu from our kitchen.
The evening will begin with an oyster tasting, where guests will learn the difference between native and rock oysters – from flavour and texture to how and where they are grown.
A member of the Wright Brothers team will join us on the night to share a little about the sourcing behind the seafood on your plate – from Cornish day boats to responsible aquaculture – offering an insight into the journey from tide to table.

On arrival with a glass of fizz:
- Rock oyster with a classic Mignonette dressing – vinegar, shallot, pepper
- Native oyster with cucumber & lime snow, pickled green chilli
Roasted scallop, potato, seaweed
Cured seabream, cucumber, fennel, horseradish sauce
Monkfish, peas, asparagus, watercress sauce, new potatoes
Lemon meringue tart, yoghurt ice cream

Our sommelier, Emma Robinson, has selected a range of sustainable wines to complement the menu. Guests can enjoy a full wine pairing with a different wine for each course, or choose wines individually on the night.
