The Comedy School’s Annual Charity Gala! Comedians Jo Brand, Jeff Innocent, Josephine Lacey, Ahir Shah, Matt Richardson, and Simon Day, as well as special guests. The evening will raise vital funds for The Comedy School’s Wellbeing Project.
Founded in 1998, The Comedy School is a unique organisation which uses the so often underestimated power of comedy to run training and education projects in schools, prisons, rehabilitation centres and mental health institutions to address serious social issues, whilst also offering opportunities for personal development, guiding young people excluded from the education system, nurturing the talents of comedy enthusiasts and training aspiring professionals in the comedy field. Founder Keith Palmer MBE and his team strive to stimulate personal creativity and develop social skills and have positively touched the lives of numerous people over the past 28 years.
