The Chilli Sauce Championships 2023

The Chilli Sauce Championships is back for it’s 9th year! Contestants will be submitting their own homemade Chilli Sauces to be tasted and judged by you, the public. You will be given a voting card and will have the option to taste 40 sauces with influences from around the world, including the flavours of Jamaica, Africa, India and Thailand
If you don’t like it hot hot hot, there’s no need to be scared. There will be a range of sauces that even a beginner can handle, and all entries will be clearly labelled in four categories: mild, medium, hot and nuclear.
This year’s entries include Cherry Bomb, The Mad Ferment, Chilly Thyme, Carolina Weeper, Thunder Cheeks, and The Peachy One
** Dogs and Kids are welcome, just don’t let them near the chilli sauces! **
