Talib Kweli Greene is an American MC known as one of the most prominent rappers in underground hip-hop. Forming the incredibly well respected Blackstar in the late 90’s with the almighty Mos Def they released their seminal, album, “Mos Def and Talib Kweli are Black Star” in 1998.
The huge success of this album confirmed Kweli’s place amongst the greats of hip hop. Alongside his work with Mos Def, his solo career has been incredibly successful. Releasing his critically acclaimed debut solo album “Quality”.
