ILANA LORRAINE
Ilana Lorraine is a UK-based singer, songwriter, and community curator with over 25 years’ experience across the music industry. She has released original music since her debut album My Little Tree (2005) and has performed internationally in Qatar, Israel, France, and on a self-curated mini tour of Los Angeles. Alongside her solo work, she founded and hosted Sessions58 in London for over a decade, supporting and showcasing independent artists. Her music has been supported by Arts Council funding and independent backing from composer Dana Alfardan, supporting current productions and forthcoming releases. Ilana has co-written for international artists, including Miri Mesika, and collaborated with producers and music professionals, including Mo Pleasure, Gary Noble, Davy Nathan, and International DJs.
Her work blends soul, jazz, and cinematic influences. Her sultry distinctive vocals and songwriting feature across collaborative projects, Afro House releases, and playlists connected to Black Coffee, with forthcoming contributions to a gospel project with Ronny Vance (former President of Geffen/Interscope) and Michael Michel (former Motown A&R). Her current releases form part of an immersive body of work titled “The Light Within.
