Spoken Futurism Live Presents: The Genesis Path, Before The Map Was Made

On 2nd–4th October 2025, the Door to the Sanctum of Stories will open at Bathway Theatre, Woolwich.

This is no ordinary show. ‘The Genesis Path, Before The Map Was Made’ is the first expedition into a poetic multiverse, where spoken word, music, and visual art collide in an Afrofuturistic act of imagination.

🎭 The Creatives Behind the Multiverse

This expedition is powered by a collective of award-winning multidisciplinary artists:

• Original Script & Performance: Miss Yankey, SoloMan The Wizard, Yaw Osafo Kantanka Kyeremateng, Watusi.

• Creative Visuals: Vince Fraser, RCL Graham, Emeka Malbert
• Original Musical Score: Kayncee, Kunfused, Kadey James
• Director: Jim Osman

Together, they weave words, sound, and vision into an immersive world that will unfold around you for the very first time.

• Venue: The Bathway Theatre, Woolwich Bathway, London SE18 6QX
• Closest Stations: Woolwich Arsenal (DLR & National Rail), Woolwich (Elizabeth Line)
• Doors: 7:00pm | Show: 7:30pm promptly | Venue Close: 10:30pm(Running Time: 2h10 including interval. Latecomers admitted only at set intervals, or may be denied entry.)

🌌 The Premise

When the Door to the Sanctum of Stories opens, travellers are invited into a living multiverse where poetry becomes a portal. Words, rhythm, music, and visuals converge in an Afrofuturistic act of imagination. This first expedition traces legacy, survival, and resistance, calling travellers to witness, to remember, and to choose how deeply they wish to journey.
