Who is it for?
Virtually anyone! We welcome everyone who can participate in cardiovascular exercise. All exercises are accessible for those who are unable to stand.
What will I be doing?
Gentle simulated laughter followed by fun laughter exercises, plus Bollywood Laughter Dance!
Followed by a nourishing deep relaxation (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) to revive and revitalise.
How you will feel:
– Totally de-stressed – sleep well
– Enjoy complete relaxation and escape the outside world
– Any initial awkwardness quickly fades – and you might make new friends!
