HYPEPEACE is hosting workshops during a week-long pop-up shop in London. Learn the craft of screen-printing that is often used in poster design and clothing print. Beginners are welcome!
These workshops are part of our fundraising towards opening an Art Facility in Bethlehem for the Palestinian children and the youth in Aida Camp. 100% of profits from these workshops will directly go towards the Art Facility.
Head over to our Crowdfunding page, ‘Art for Palestine’, to hear more!
To begin, you will learn about different screen-printing techniques and then put into practice the craft using stencils to design a print and create it into your very own poster or tote bag!
We have two types of workshops running:
Workshop for KIDS age 5-14yeard old (must be accompanied by an adult)
Sunday 25th July, 1 pm
Thursday 29th July, 1 pm.
Workshop for GROWN-UPS
Thursday 29th July, 6:30 pm
The workshop session is for 2 hours.
Screen printing can be messy so try not to wear your best clothes to this workshop!
There will be delicious food & drinks sold by What The Fattoush? (Plant-based Palestinian dishes!) throughout our pop-up events.
An adult must accompany children below the age of 16. Max of 2 children per adult.
The price for the KIDS workshop is per child partaking; the adults will not pay as they only supervise. Should you want to partake and produce your own work of art during the Kids Workshop, please get in touch with us.
Arrival: Please arrive at the venue 10mins before the event.
