NEW Soundbath London WC1 date Sunday 7th September 4.30pm. Join me for a Soundbath session to restore the mind & body as we start to say goodbye to Summer & welcome Autumn (!) I’ll be playing a Gong, Himalyan bowls & crystal bowls deeply restorative Soundbath, starting the session with a guided meditation and essential oils to help the system relax.
