Learn a poem, recite the poem, raise money for charity, get loads of applause and eat cake!
We’re thrilled to be running the event for the third year at St Margaret’s House, a wonderful Arts and Wellbeing charity who generously host us each year.
How it works:
- This is a joyfully amateur affair – no pressure, just love, support and appreciation
- Each performer takes the stage for 2–4 minutes of material (one poem or several, your call)
- Prefer to sing, or perform in another language? Go for it!
- Fundraising is optional but warmly encouraged and performers manage their own charitable giving
