PocketSquare – the east London rooftop bar with skyline terrace – has launched a Pop-Up Menu with FAIR®, the leading Fair Trade Liquor Brand. The menu of five exclusive cocktails is now available at PocketSquare through to the end of the year.
FAIR® is the world’s first Fair Trade and Organic Certified spirits company and is considered one of the pioneers in the sustainable movement in the UK. Sourcing the finest ingredients worldwide, FAIR®’s goal is to produce high-quality spirits, using unique ingredients and supporting their farmers financially.
PocketSquare sits on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Place London City East Hotel; a hotel with a strong focus on Environmental Sustainability. The hotel aims to deliver sustainable hospitality for all colleagues, guests, customers, and the community. Working on a collaborative menu with FAIR® was an exciting opportunity for the PocketSquare team to work with a brand aligned to their goals and to promote a more environmentally conscious approach to bartending.

Amour du Café– FAIR® Café, FAIR® Kumquat, Pistachio liquor made with FAIR® Vodka
Espresso FAIR®tini – FAIR® Vodka, FAIR® Café, Espresso, Sugar Syrup
ElderFAIR® Negroni – FAIR® Gin, FAIR® Elderflower, Noilly Prat
The FAIR® Pop-Up menu is now available at PocketSquare until the end of the year, with the exception of the week commencing 28th October.
