Address the common issue of speech anxiety with practical strategies to manage nerves and present confidently. Our sessions feature improvised and prepared speeches, along with constructive feedback to help you improve. While Eventbrite limits tickets to 25, we can accommodate more attendees, so feel free to join us in person.

Agenda
6:30 PM | Doors Open
- Arrive early to mingle with members and guests. Enjoy some light refreshments and get comfortable before the meeting starts.
6:45 PM | Meeting Kickoff
- The meeting begins with a warm welcome from our President, who will outline the agenda for the evening and introduce the Toastmaster of the Day.
7:00 PM | Prepared Speech Session
- Members deliver their prepared speeches, which are projects from the Toastmasters educational program designed to help them develop various communication and leadership skills. Each speech is typically 5-7 minutes long.
7:25 PM | Evaluation Session
- Each prepared speech is evaluated by a fellow member who provides constructive feedback, highlighting strengths and offering suggestions for improvement.
7:40 PM | Break
- Take a 10-minute break to stretch, refresh, and chat with fellow attendees. Enjoy some light refreshments before we resume the meeting.
7:50 PM | Club Business Announcements
- We will start the second half with important club business announcements. This segment covers updates on upcoming events, club achievements, and other relevant news.
7:55 PM | Table Topics Session
- This impromptu speaking session provides members and guests with an opportunity to practice thinking and speaking on their feet. The Table Topics Master will present a series of topics, and volunteers will deliver 1-2 minute impromptu speeches.
8:30 PM | General Evaluator’s Report
- The General Evaluator provides an overall review of the meeting, offering feedback on how it was conducted and recognizing exceptional contributions from members.
8:40 PM | Meeting Wrap-Up and Networking at “The Speaker” Pub
- The meeting wraps up with closing remarks from the President, announcements about upcoming events, and a reminder about the next meeting. Attendees are encouraged to stay and socialize afterwards. Join us for further networking at “The Speaker” Pub. A perfect end to an inspiring evening!
