If nature had a voice, these are the dishes they’d ask for. Fully organic, pesticide-free and working closely with nature.
Bistro Opening Times
25th January – Lunch (12-2 pm) and Dinner (6-8 pm)
26th January – Lunch (12-2 pm) and Dinner (6-8 pm)
Tickets are for whole tables only. You can purchase either a table for two or table for four, the cost of 1 ticket will cover all diners. The minimum suggested donation is £5 per person.
The menu will be served as tasting boards, each dish inspired by a different animal or insect. The voices and choices of humble Earthworm, Honey Bee and Ladybird are just a few of the insects that have inspired the menu.
The fully organic tasting experience will include delicious salads, chocolate soils, edible flowers and nectar-infused treats. The full menu contains both vegan and non-vegan options. Each diner will receive a 2-course dining experience with a non-alcoholic drink to accompany.
The organic menu has been designed around foods that work in harmony with nature and will be served as an instagrammable tasting board.
The pop-up was created in conjunction with Organic Trade Board and has been kindly sponsored by Clipper, Kallo, Alter Eco, Whole Earth, Doves Farm, Crazy Jacks, Natracare and Yeo Valley.
