Scottish born London bred, a hugely respected figure on the London folk & roots scene, Samantha has lived in Walthamstow for seven years. She felt with the wealth of local talent on our doorsteps, a strong community of art and music fans, the borough has space and appetite for live music.
After organising Themes on an Island at the Union Chapel, Samantha wanted to curate something closer to home for her neighbours and the local community.
Having played an evening for Music Halls & contributing to the Waltham Forest Sound Archive, it felt like the perfect companion and home for these events!
