Mindfulness Walk

Family Mindfulness Walk. Slow down, have fun, and connect with breath, body and nature. Please join us on the first Sunday of every month.

Meet by the Main door, front steps of the Mansion House at 9.45 am to set off at 10.00 am. What3words location churn.suffice.crust

Slow down, have fun, and connect with breath, body and nature. A 30-60 minutes gentle walk (length depending on participants on the day). There are slopes, some rough ground and we may go through the woodland.

Any age is welcome, including children in buggies. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Thanh & Phuong, one of our trained walk leaders (from Two Mindful Bees) will lead the walk.

Booking your place

Please be mindful, the Mindful Walks are free but places are limited. Please only book if you’re sure you can attend. If things change after you book and you’re unable to make it, please cancel your booking on Eventbrite, so we can give your place to someone else on the waiting list.
