Take care of your mind and body will peace and calmness to discover an happiness in yourself. The free workshop provides guidance to achieve this level of happiness. With only 90 minutes per class learn the art of power breathing techniques and mind mastery.
The class is great for reducing stress, relaxing your body and mind and feeling re-energies. This world-renowed Art of Living course helps you take a step further by providing steps if you have a hard time meditating in the past. It also provides a platform for beginners who wish to learn this yogic breathing exercises and simple body movement.
