Join us for Megalosaurus Month this February!

Join us for our free public exhibition this Spring!

During February 2024, we will be hosting an unusual visitor in the Upper Library at Burlington House.

A life-sized replica of a skeleton of a Megalosaurus will be the centre-piece of celebrations marking the 200th anniversary of the first scientific description of a dinosaur.

From 13-16 February, and on Saturday, 24th February we are hosting a number of free, family-friendly Dinosaur Discovery Days where you can meet our Megalosaurus and take part in some exciting, engaging and interactive activities! Visit between 10 am and 4 pm to journey into the world of the Megalosaurus, where visitors are invited to delve into dinosaurs through their senses! Our activities will offer an up-close, hands-on experience – designed to spark curiosity, nurture learning, and unveil the wonders of prehistoric creatures and the science of studying them.
