‘Kreative Prescriptions’ – art workshop

A workshop to engage, ignite and facilitate the reclamation of your ‘Kreative Spirit’.
Attendees will be invited to pick a prepared artistic prescription and create what is written on it, e.g., a visual representation of a happy memory.
Art materials will be provided for attendees to sketch, draw, trace, colour in, etc., as well as their prescription, followed by a group discussion to discuss each person’s work and creative process.
No experience is necessary. Each person will be able to leave with their creation.
The session promises to be inclusive, relaxed, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. Come share, learn, and grow at Kreative Prescriptions.

Program
* 5 minutes – Introduction about the session and the workshop lead
* 30 minutes – Period for attendees to individually create a visual work using the materials/media provided
* 30 minutes – Discussion period for participants to air their views and feelings about their work and thinking
* 25 minutes – Period for general networking between participants and to discuss further with Renee
– Booking essential – Attendees are advised to arrive 20 minutes early if possible
