Jazz Notes – Jazz Workshop
The workshop demystifies the basic form and structure of a typical jazz standard.
It highlights the techniques and signals that form the hidden language musicians use to navigate the structure of a song during a performance.
Multi-instrumentalist Faye Patton leads the workshop. It is suitable for novice jazz musicians and more seasoned performers of other genres who wish to develop their ability to play jazz.
