Lunar New Year Event in Guildford! Join us on 10th February at Guildford Cathedral for Hong Kong style food, performances, arts and crafts and more! There is one thing you must do while entering 2024 – come to our Lunar New Year market for good luck🍀! GHK is organising a market on the first day of the Lunar New Year. There will be more than 50 stalls and exhibitions, as well as exciting performances on that day🎸. Come and have fun with your family and friends! Date: 10th February, 2024 (Saturday) Time: 10 am to 4 pm Location: Guildford Cathedral, GU2 7UP Premium Entry: £1 (Free for children under 18) To save your queuing time, there will be an online reservation system to book your entry slot. Please purchase tickets and make reservations through the Eventbrite 🎟. When entering, you only need to show your reservation confirmation email to enter directly during the reserved time. Please note that the maximum number of people per reservation is 10 (including children), and there is no limit to the duration of stay after admission. Sneak peek – those who buy tickets online will get a chance for a lucky dip! Want to know what the prizes are🎁? Stay tuned to our future announcements! Q: Do children need to ticket to enter? A: Children under the age of 18 can enter for free, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children who would like to participate in the lucky draw must purchase a premium ticket(£1). Q: What are the benefits of buying a ticket? A: With a premium ticket, you can enter the market at your reserved time slot without having to wait in line! You can also participate in the lucky draw on the day of the event, for a chance to win prizes! (More details about the lucky draw will be announced on Eventbrite and social media in the future.) Q: Can I enter without buying a ticket? A: There will be limited walk-in spaces on the day. However, due to venue restrictions, there will be crowd control measures in place on the day. People without tickets may have to wait in line to enter.
