The third event of Barratt London’s Festival of Culture is due to take place on Sunday 29th November at 11am and will be streamed from the housebuilder’s Ridgeway Views development in Mill Hill. Following on from the success of the Festival’s previous Jazz Brunch and art class livestreams, the next instalment is a cookery class hosted by 2018 MasterChef: The Professional’s contestant Ian Samuels.
For the class, Ian has set a menu of texture of cauliflower soup to start; beef fillet with caramelized shallots, parsnips, cauliflower purée and micro cress as the main; and will finish with a light cheesecake for dessert.
Watch the cookery class on Barratt London’s Facebook page, YouTube channel or Instagram feed. Recordings of the previous Festival of Culture events can also be found on Barratt London’s YouTube channel.
Barratt London’s Festival of Culture will conclude two weeks after the cookery class with a carol concert performed by members of London youth choir Invicta Voices on Sunday 13th December at 11am.
