Charlton and Woolwich Free Film Festival

The annual Charlton and Woolwich Free Film Festival is back for 2022, screening free films across SE7 and SE18 between 9th and 17th September. This year our films include THE APARTMENT at Charlton Assembly Rooms (11th), PRIDE at The Star in Plumstead (12th), DAD’S ARMY (1971) at Charlton House with a pre-film talk from war historian Clive Harris (13th), TIMBUKTU at St Luke’s Church Charlton with a short talk about the venue (14th), THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN at Shrewsbury House with a Bond-themed disco and quiz (16th) and an open-air screening of DUNE (2021) at St George’s Garrison Church in Woolwich (17th). No ticket is required; turn up. Venues are wheelchair-accessible, and films are subtitled.
