British Game Assurance (BGA) is delighted to announce a new ‘Celebration of Game’ dinner. Held in London at Westminster Kingsway College on 7th December, the dinner will not only highlight great game recipes, but also the talent of the young chef students at the college.
The dinner will aim to introduce new people to all that is great about local British game meat, whilst celebrating Westminster Kingsway College and its commitment to teaching the chefs of the future about seasonal British produce. British Game Assurance CEO, Liam Stokes, will be on hand to discuss the benefits of eating wild game and the plans the BGA has for the future.
At £55.00 per head, guests can expect a glass of wine on arrival and a spectacular three course dinner.
Jose Souto, Senior Chef Lecturer at Westminster Kingsway College said,
“BRITISH GAME IS ONE OF THE MOST SUSTAINABLE HEALTHY MEATS THAT A CHEF COULD POSSIBLY USE AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE GAME SEASON IS SOMETHING WE RELISH SO IT IS ONLY RIGHT THAT WORKING TOGETHER WITH THE BGA WE HIGHLIGHT HOW GOOD OUR FANTASTIC BRITISH GAME IS.”
Louisa Clutterbuck, Director of Operations at British Game Assurance said,
“BY HOSTING THIS EVENT AT WESTMINSTER KINGSWAY COLLEGE, WE HOPE TO REACH AS MANY NEW PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AND SHARE THE DELIGHTS OF EATING AND COOKING BRITISH GAME MEAT.”
