The second Calm Mamas Brunch Club is coming to the super yummy Salway Cookhouse (Woodford Green, IG8 9EF), on Monday 24th June, 9.30-11.30, this time with the wonderful Sheila – Organisational Guru and founder of Tidy Me Please.
Sheila will be hosting a one hour interactive workshop discussing her top decluttering tips, and simple systems we can put in place to help reduce stress. Amen to that.
Your £25 ticket will include:
– A delicious brunch and hot drink or juice
– A one hour workshop with Sheila

– A £2.50 donation to the Pandas Foundation UK – a charity that provides crucial support to parents suffering from pre and post natal mental illness
