Beginners Yoga at SITU LIVE

Join us to discover the power of combining physical and mental exercise.
Come along as we roll out our yoga mats and invite you to a 40-minute physical and mental workout that is perfect for beginners. Our resident yogi, Brooke, will guide us calmly through a range of fundamental poses, focusing on your breath as you move. Whether you’re a total newbie or haven’t practised yoga in years, this is the perfect mindful practice that will leave you feeling energised and ready to continue your yoga journey.
No matter your size, fitness level or experience, it’s never too late to start – after all, yoga is for everyone.
We’ll then follow up those stretches with nutritious and delicious smoothies from our innovative kitchen for a full health and happiness glow-up.
