A day in an over- crowded understaffed psychiatric hospital . Sidney an elderly man is being discharged without any support. He is in love with the handsome Staff Nurse Sanjay. Evie a professional schizophrenic is knitting a jumper for the Doctor and Nurse Ekwendy is charged with practising witch craft on the ward. A new patient Claire has just been admitted but says it is some terrible mistake as she is perfectly sane.
