Communi-Tea’s Winter Health Event focuses on the importance of self-care, wellness, fitness, and healthy eating! Join us to spend time with like-minded women and enjoy an afternoon tea!
There will be a variety of workshops available for attendees to choose from, each aimed at helping to improve different aspects of your life:
- Nutrition: Learn to cook a new dish with Shazia Gaffar! She will be providing nutritional advice along with the opportunity to learn how to cook a new dish. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the importance of making healthy choices when cooking and eating.
- Fitness: Azma & Zahra will be offering the opportunity to try kickboxing or pilates. This is a great way for you to explore new forms of enjoyable physical activity. Azma and Zahra will offer advice and tips on how to stay motivated; making exercise a regular part of your routine.
- Health Coaching: A health coach will be available to provide support and guidance on goal-setting, motivation strategies, and problem-solving techniques.
- Talk Wandsworth: Receive support and access to resources that can help you manage stress, anxiety, or other mental health concerns.
- Hairstyling: A certified hairstylist will be on-site to offer an opportunity to learn tips and tricks for styling and maintaining healthy hair.
- Speaker: Inspiring poetry by Zaynab Mufti
