Be amazed by Chinese drag king Whiskey Chow. Based in London, he came from an activist background in China. Being hands on in important issues such as exploring female masculinity, stereotypes and cultural projections of Chinese/Asian identity with interdisciplinary performance, moving image and experimental sound pieces makes up his work.
Be immersed in the performance of a world that explores ancient mythological and contemporary queer longing. Featuring moving image of the ancient god of queer love – the Rabbit God (兔兒神) by digital artist Haocheng Wu, the work is a rebellion against the normalization of queerness.
