Urban Village Fete -Arts, Lifestyle & Music Festival
May 15, 2022 @ 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Greenwich Peninsula’s seminal festival, Urban Village Fete, returns this May with a line-up that
perfectly reflects the event’s signature of combining music, art, community, creativity and
celebration.
Headliner DJs Bradley Zero and Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy will be bringing their own distinct sets
to the event, making it one not to miss.
Colleen, renowned Worldwide FM DJ, remixer/producer and internationally revered club DJ with
truly unique credentials will be recording her signature ‘Balearic Breakfast’ show live
from Urban Village Fete from 1-3 pm, where the show will be brought to life with the perfect
brunch setting in front of the main stage, providing the ultimate soundtrack to those lucky
enough to secure their seat at the dining table.
“This is my first time performing at Urban Village Fete and an honour to take the mantle from good
friend Gilles Peterson this year. I can’t wait to bring my ‘Balearic Breakfast’ show to life as a brunch
with my fellow Balearicans, and I’m looking forward to sharing it with everybody. So bring it right
on, and remember, Be Balearic!”
Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy
Bradley Zero, highly regarded as one of the tastemakers of his generation, will be closing the
the event, taking hold of the main stage from 5-7 pm – don’t even think of leaving early, as his
infectious love of music, passion for dancing and an undeniable urge to discover and share music,
will make this a close-out set not to be missed.
Alongside the music, there will also be cultural talks, immersive pop-up performers, interactive
workshops & installations, family-focused arts & crafts, health & wellbeing classes,
designer-maker market, artisan food producers & street food, cocktails, and so much more – surely
are you in by now?
Inspired by all that Greenwich Peninsula has to offer – an expansive park, inspiring new
architecture and river views, HemingwayDesign has curated a multi-faceted, site-specific, FREE
event that showcases London’s best. Whether you get here by tube, bus, boat,
bike, car, or foot, you won’t be disappointed. A few minutes’ walk from three transport hubs
and you’re in the festival’s heart. Encouraging communities to connect and explore a
creative and energised Peninsula, 2022 will be something special.
“When we first sat with the Greenwich Peninsula team nine years ago and pondered what a village fete
might and should feel like in one of the world’s most creative cities. We never imagined that the idea of an urban village fete might grow into an annual event enjoyed by tens of
thousands of Londoners within a concise time. Urban Village Fete is now firmly in the cultural festival diary, and I can’t
wait for the mid-May Sunday to kick off summer 2022 “
