LGBT Arts Exhibition FOLLOWING THE SUCCESS OF ‘GLF AT 50; THE ART OF PROTEST’, ANDREW LUMSDEN AND DAN DE LA MOTTE COLLABORATE ONCE AGAIN TO BRING US ‘FRIENDSHIP CIRCLES’
FRIENDSHIP CIRCLES is a new series of works made by original GLF activist, artist, journalist, writer and speaker ANDREW LUMSDEN. It celebrates friends and friendships in all areas and aspects of his life and work.
The works are of Andrew’s friends, and their friends, made over Lockdown(s) and inspired by Andrew’s more, er, psychedelic pursuits from 50 years ago.
The exhibition will also feature a wrap-around festival of events, led by the artists and activists that feature in Andrew’s works, such as JIM MACSWEENEY of GAYS THE WORD Bookshop and PETER TATCHELL.
