DESCRIPTION:For courageous and curious professionals looking to broaden their abilities and vision while furthering their leadership skills. \nThe 1-day workshop on Friday 1st March is designed specifically for the corporate world. \nIt will lead participants on a facilitated journey to explore\, on a personal and group level what it means to cultivate and harness Feminine Power in the workplace\, and how this can contribute to more effective leadership in current social and professional climates. \nIt is for leaders and professionals of any gender who would like better to understand the qualities of the Feminine in the context of professional environments and relationships and how to work with these qualities to improve organisational outcomes. \nThe workshop will explore:\n• How to stay true to yourself in an environment where stereotypically masculine characteristics are seen as the route to success. How much are you conforming and at what cost?\n• How to value feminine qualities in a professional setting\n• How to effectively display self-confidence even when that may evoke a negative response from your teams and stakeholders \nIn this workshop\, participants will gain an understanding of:\n• Unconscious bias and how it can be identified and managed in yourself and others\n• The relationship between confidence and personal power\n• What is to be gained from operating from a place of authenticity\n• How qualities traditionally seen as feminine are assets in the workplace\n• How to create spaces for inclusion that harness the true value of diversity in the workplace. \nAt the end of this workshop participants will have developed greater self-awareness\, helping to improve\n• Personal and work relationships\n• Greater understanding and strategies relating to cognitive biases\, feelings\, and reactions to situations in the workplace. \nThis event is limited to 15 participants to maximise individual personal and professional growth

DESCRIPTION:This dynamic 1 day workshop will lead participants on a facilitated journey to explore\, on a personal and group level what it means to cultivate and harness Feminine Power. \nThe workshop is for anyone who would like to better understand the qualities of the Feminine in the context of both professional and personal environments and relationships. \nWe will explore: \n– How can you work in a traditionally male environment without sacrificing your connection with your feminine qualities? How much are you conforming and at what personal cost?\n– Do you feel you need to lead with your masculine\, and your feminine qualities aren’t valued?\n– Have you considered how you use your masculine and feminine strengths? Are you uncomfortable with this use of language?\n– How confident are you being confident\, and showing your confidence when that display may evoke a negative response from others around you? \nYou will gain an understanding of: \n– Unconscious biases and how to notice and work with them in yourself and others.\n– The relationship between confidence and personal power.\n– What is to be gained from operating from a place of integration of the masculine and feminine.\n– How feminine qualities and power can be better used in the workplace \nThis event is limited to 15 participants to allow for close focus on each individual’s process
