The overall winner of the competition will be awarded with their own free solo exhibition at Lauderdale House! \nEntry fee: £3 per print \nEntrants will be notified of the outcome of their submission on or after Wednesday 14 July \nCategories\nAs always\, you can submit your work in one of two categories: \nOpen – This category is open to prints of any subject matter. \nThemed – This years theme is ‘Cherished Memories’. DESCRIPTION:Take a break on a Tuesday lunchtime and enjoy 45 minutes of free\, gorgeous classical music performed live by our resident pianist\, Stephen Hose\, upstairs in the beautiful Long Gallery overlooking Waterlow Park. Stephen Hose trained at the Royal Academy of Music\, where he held a Vaughan Williams scholarship. He has had a varied career\, including performing chamber music and solo recitals\, as well as being Musical Director and pianist for a range of operas\, musicals\, plays\, and TV. Doors will open at 1 pm. The concert will begin at 1:15 pm. Younger members of the audience (3+) can get in the spirit at a ‘flower-fairy’ headband making workshop\, run by cast members before the show.
