DESCRIPTION:Kicking off on Valentine’s Day\, LABS is running a two week campaign to support the British Heart Foundation. Through a varied programme of events\, from a meditation session hosted by Headspace to a Gut Health talk with the Mac Twins\, we’re aiming to get hearts racing and increase awareness of heart health. \nSet yourself up for the weekend with an early morning Friday yoga class. Celebrated teacher\, Sarah Malcolm\, will lead a 45 minute energising Vinyasa flow in the Drum. With floor to ceiling windows this is a stunning venue and an unexpectedly calming space in the centre of Camden Market.
