DESCRIPTION:A vegan Christmas sandwich pop-up hosted by Europe’s fastest-growing plant-based meat brand\, Heura.\nThe pop-up will be open from 11 am from the 9th -14th December and will see Europe’s fastest-growing plant-based meat brand spread not only cheer but vegan mayo\, over 5\,000 planet-conscious\, plant-based Christmas sarnies before giving them all away for free.\nThe #HeuraChristmasSandwich is a festive feast bringing together the classic flavours of a Christmas dinner in a better way for the earth. Rosemary & thyme Heura ‘turkey’ is seared in extra virgin olive oil and layered with tangy cranberry-infused vegan mayo\, herby Parmentier potatoes mixed with Heura ‘sausage’\, before being sprinkled with crispy onions\, pickled red cabbage and topped off with rich mushroom gravy. \nThe bright yellow pop-up will bring the Mediterranean sunshine to the streets of London\, inviting everyone to tuck into the UK’s favourite festive treat with a twist. For each sandwich\, unwrapped hungry diners save 0.51kg of CO2 emissions\, 506L of water\, 1.32m2 of land and 0.45kg of cereals and soy\, with six chickens and one pig saved for every 100 sandwiches given away.
