SUMMARY:A Very Difficult Person (W.I.P.)
DESCRIPTION:Are you afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? You should be. \nStoryteller Rhys Williamson brings A Very Difficult Person to SPRINT Festival 2026\, reshaping a real roofing scam into a dark and uncanny modern fairytale. \nWhen the Big Bad Wolf knocks at his door\, Rhys lets him in\, sits him at the dining room table and is shocked when the wolf tries to gobble him up. A small repair twists into unease\, mistrust and the cold realisation that your home may no longer be yours. \nBold\, eerie and unexpectedly moving\, A Very Difficult Person invites audiences into a lived experience that is as absurd as it is frightening. At its heart lies one question: \nWhat would you do to protect your home?

SUMMARY:Pascol — Vocal Performance
DESCRIPTION:Pascol’s debut in London: a vocal performance where five voices transform stories of the audience into improvised soundscapes\, creating an intimate musical reflection of shared emotions and memories.\n\n\nMaking its London debut\, Pascol is an experimental vocal project that invites the audience into a unique\, collaborative performance space. Five vocalists\, led by project founder Sasha Gefen—a celebrated musician\, composer\, and music therapist—transform personal stories the audience shares into improvised soundscapes. Each performance is a spontaneous creation\, a one-of-a-kind musical reflection shaped by the emotions and memories of those attending.\n\n\nThe ensemble weaves storytelling and improvisation\, blending ethereal harmonies and evocative vocal textures in real time to mirror the feelings of those in the room. With each composition\, Pascol creates an intimate\, immersive experience that blurs the line between performer and audience\, inviting listeners to connect deeply with the sound and one another.

SUMMARY:How To Catch A Bear
DESCRIPTION:“We’re going to go on this journey together\, and we’re going to come out again on the other side. \nAre you ready? \nLet’s go.” \nThree years ago\, Carys almost disappeared. They say she’s had a breakdown – she’s not sure what that means\, or where she can find the parts of herself that she lost. \nShe does know that every night\, a terrifying creature chases her through a forest. Why has it come back now\, after 10 years of silence? \n“I will be ready when she comes. I will be waiting here sharpening my claws. Polishing my teeth.” \nBased on writer/performer Carys Wright’s lived experience\, How To Catch A Bear is a redemptive\, dark\, funny and mythical show. It charts a journey from the trauma of sexual violence\, and emerges in healing. Using words\, movement and visual art\, Carys asks how we can turn fear into freedom\, and celebrate survival and resilience? \nHow To Catch A Bear is a show about secrets\, shame and finding power. It was first developed on Clean Break’s Young Artist Development Programme\, and is supported by Arts Council England and Clean Break.
