DESCRIPTION:It doesn’t matter if you’re a running pro or prefer a gentle stroll\, everyone can take part in this festive 5k fun run – the emphasis is on the fun! \nJoin us at 11am\, Sunday 30 November in Crystal Palace Park (registration at 10am) \n \nThis is a great chance to come together with your local community whilst giving back. By getting active and spending time outdoors\, you’ll not only be boosting your own mental wellbeing but also raising vital funds for your local mental health and dementia services. \nFancy dress is not mandatory but the best dressed elves (or dogs) will get an optional spotlight on our social media and maybe even a prize!

By getting active and spending time outdoors\, you’ll not only boost your own mental well-being but also raise vital funds for your local mental health and dementia services.  \nWhat to expect?  \n\nA festive 5k route with a view of Crystal Palace Park’s iconic dinosaurs \nMr Motivator style warm up from Pure Gym London Borough \nA victory medal when you cross the finish line \nGoody bags \nNeal’s Yard pamper stand \nElf and Wellness stall \nFace painting fun \nChristmas crafts stall \nClose to Crystal Palace Park’s seasonal food market \nAnd maybe even a visit from Santa! \n\nFancy dress is not mandatory\, but the best-dressed elves (or dogs) will receive an optional spotlight on our social media!  \nBuggies are welcome as long as you don’t mind potential mud on the two grassy sections of the route. Friendly dogs kept on a short lead are also very welcome to join.  \nEager Elf discounted tickets are £15 for a limited time only! Under 16s come for free (must be with an adult).
