DESCRIPTION:OMFEST LONDON: BRINGING YOGA\, CONSCIOUS FOOD\, MANTRA\, MUSIC & TIMELESS WISDOM TO SHOREDITCH \nDesigned to uplift and recharge your body\, mind and soul\, OmFest is a wellbeing festival for the whole family. \nShoreditch will host its biggest conscious family festival – on Sunday 14 July\, at Shoreditch Gardens\, from 11am to 7:30pm. \nParticipate in yoga\, meditation\, Ayurveda and mental wellbeing workshops\, dive into a mantra music experience\, hear from an urban monk\, and enjoy delicious vegan food\, including burgers\, pizza and thali! \nThere’s something for everyone at OmFest. We’ve partnered up with Wanderlust and Joanna Hunt to host a fun\, interactive family yoga class with stories\, live music and singing. \nThroughout the day children will be entertained at our Kids’ Zone with a magic show\, interactive yoga activities\, games\, stories\, face painting\, bouncy castle and arts and crafts. \nAs well as classes\, talks and experiences\, there will be a vibrant bazaar full of artisanal ethnic and wellbeing vendors. \n  \nAt OmFest this year\, we have sessions which include the following: \n\nGrammy nominee Jahnavi Harrison on sound and mantra meditation\nHarley Street consultant and BBC Radio presenter Dr Chetna Kang on children’s mental wellbeing\, ‘mood food’ and technology generation\nWanderlust’s Family Yoga Specialist and member of Yoga Alliance Joanna Hunt\nRenowned Jivamukti yoga teachers Emma Henry and Charlie Kelly\nAyurveda consultants Niti Sheth and Syama Kumari\nEnvironmental Consultant Sheila Chauhan\n\n…and many more presenters. \n  \n\n\n \n  \nCompassion and kindness are the key values that drive OmFest.
