DESCRIPTION:Origami Workshop in London\n\n\n\nTo Celebrate World Origami Day and learn about infectious diseases by creating your own immune cells out of scrap paper with our infectious disease experts. \n\n\n\nWorld Origami Day lung and respiratory scientists at Imperial College London are joined by papercraft artist Tina Luo to host a unique art workshop. \n\n\n\nFold and model your own beautiful origami immune cells as you find out about the fascinating processes of infection\, immunity and vaccination and what happens inside our lungs when a flu virus attacks. \n\n\n\nCome and take part with a few sheets of paper that you can find lying around the house. \n\n\n\nThis origami collaboration between artist Tina Luo and researchers from Imperial’s National Heart and Lung Institute was developed with a communicating immunology grant from the British Society for Immunology. \n\n\n\nBook Origami Artiste for Chinese New Year 2021
