SUMMARY:Attending Landscapes: Walking\, Listening and Mapping with Harri Harrison
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a four-session online course exploring how to see and sense landscape through walking\, listening and shared attention. \n‘Attending Landscapes: Walking\, Listening and Mapping’ invites you to develop a deeper relationship with the landscapes around you. Through walking\, sensory mapping\, drawing\, writing and observation\, we will explore acts of witnessing and encountering green environments\, asking how we come to know a place deeply\, understand its stories\, and what these stories might reveal about our own internal landscapes. \nAcross four fortnightly sessions\, you’ll be encouraged to return to a local green space\, building an ongoing relationship through creative prompts\, shared discussion and attentive practice. You will learn to time-travel with this land. \nLed by artist and educator Harri Harrison and hosted by IMT Gallery\, the course offers a reflective and practical space for artists\, writers\, educators\, walkers and anyone interested in developing a more attentive relationship with landscape.  \n🌿 Places are limited — the course begins 13 September. \nReady to see the landscapes around you differently? SUMMARY:How to Be Feral: Movement Practices to Re-Wild Your Body with Claire Loussouarn
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a four-session online course exploring the feral intelligence of the body: how it listens\, questions\, adapts\, resists habit\, and remembers what modern life teaches us to forget. \n‘How to Be Feral: Movement Practices to Re-Wild Your Body’ invites you to explore unfamiliar ways of moving that unsettle what we think we know about our bodies. Drawing from Claire Loussouarn’s book How to Be Feral\, we’ll practise trusting instinct before understanding\, and learning from the more-than-human world.  \nAcross four fortnightly sessions\, we’ll use movement as a mode of thinking and knowing\, alongside simple forms of movement mapping\, to explore how movement can open different perspectives\, train attention\, and reconnect us to parts of ourselves that have been quietened by social and cultural conditioning. Together we’ll approach our everyday environments as something to be received\, listened to and moved with. \nLed by movement artist Dr Claire Loussouarn and hosted by IMT Gallery\, the course offers a reflective and practical space for artists\, performers\, writers\, researchers\, educators\, somatic practitioners\, ecologists\, and anyone curious about how the body can think\, sense and know. \n🌿 No movement experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. \nThe course begins 4 October 2026. \nFollow the link below for full details\, and to book.
