SUMMARY:ERIC CHENAUX + jude mccreath
DESCRIPTION:Upset The Rhythm presents… \nERIC CHENAUX\nJude McCrea\nFriday 28 June\nSt Pancras Old Church\, Pancras Road\, King’s Cross\, NW1 1UL\n7.30pm | £12 | Tickets: https://link.dice.fm/Pbad9db9e326 \nERIC CHENAUX is a Canadian guitarist\, songwriter\, singer and sound sculptor. He has released seven solo albums of experimental songs on the Montréal-based imprint Constellation\, charting an adventurous and uncompromising path through avant-folk\, out-jazz and pop composition\, increasingly rooted in a unique and elemental juxtaposition of fried\, frazzled\, semi-improvised guitar and smooth\, clear tenor balladry. He has been called “a musician like no other” by Tiny Mix Tapes; his solo albums were praised by The Quietus as “stunningly beautiful\, genuinely inimitable\, whose reputation will only grow with time.” Gracing the cover of The Wire magazine in 2017\, the feature article declared: “Chenaux succeeds in generating an astonishing array of timbres. A singer and songwriter possessed of angelic sweetness and clarity\, accompanying himself with largely improvised\, visceral guitar textures that seem intent on undermining and obscuring his songs. The need to communicate tussling with the urge to obfuscate; lucidity versus opacity; form against chaos.” \nChenaux’s first album as a singer-songwriter was ‘Dull Lights’\, released on Constellation in 2006\, and an acclaimed\, highly original solo discography has unfolded since then: ‘Sloppy Ground’ (2008); ‘Warm Weather With Ryan Driver’ (2010); ‘Guitar & Voice’ (2012); ‘Skullsplitter’ (2015); ‘Slowly Paradise’ (2018) and ‘Say Laura’ (2022). He has been featured on various collaborative records issued by other labels through this same span\, including Okraïna\, Avatar\, Grapefruit and Three: four. He has performed and recorded with countless artists\, including Ryan Driver\, Sandro Perri\, Pauline Oliveros\, Michael Snow\, Han Bennink\, and Josephine Foster. Chenaux’s forthcoming album ‘Delights Of My Life’ features Eric with a three-piece band and will be released in May on Constellation. This new record conveys warm familiarity\, shot through with the exuberantly experimental subversion and playful\, even mischievous\, iconoclasm that continues to mark Chenaux as defiantly\, virtuosically\, and genially one-of-kind.\nhttps://ericchenaux.bandcamp.com/ \nJude McCreath is an alt-folk singer-songwriter born in Hertfordshire and currently residing in London. A former popular indie-rock group Second Thoughts member\, his musical influences include Elliot Smith\, Nick Drake\, Plas Teg\, and Eric’s Trip. Recent recordings were made with Yuri Shibuichi from Honeyglaze Producing. Jude sometimes performs live with cello and drum accompaniment.

SUMMARY:Supercharge Your Summer with Futuristic AI & Coding Workshops!
DESCRIPTION:British Youth International College (BYITC) Supermaths has announced that their artificial intelligence coding workshop for kids\, set for June 29th\, has received an overwhelming response. The Summer Coding AI Workshop\, hosted online\, has garnered so many sign-ups that we are now planning a second event due to the huge demand. Register now so that we can fit you in this one or the next! \n The Glasgow-based (BYITC) Supermaths has launched a mega series of free virtual summer camps designed to ignite children’s passion for computer coding\, game development\, and programming. These unique virtual summer camps offer a fun and adventure-filled learning journey to keep kids ahead this summer. \nDesigned for 8 to 14-year-olds and older\, the free workshop is a one-and-a-half-hour interactive masterclass introducing young people to AI. It includes AI projects with ‘block coding’ – a visual method of teaching coding using graphical drag-and-drop blocks. The masterclass is followed by 30 minutes of interactive quizzes\, with a medal for the winner and certificates for all participants \nThe workshop focuses on essential learning outcomes in AI\, Machine Learning\, and programming. Participants will grasp text classification\, map inputs to outputs\, and gain hands-on experience with Scratch\, mastering control structures like conditionals. Additionally\, they will develop project planning skills\, breaking tasks into manageable steps. \n“The interest in artificial intelligence coding has been phenomenal\, and the summer break is a perfect time to learn\,” said  (BYITC) Supermaths Founder and computer scientist Dr. Rashmi Mantri. “By the end of our workshop\, young participants have a solid foundation in AI and block coding\, with much more confidence and a sense of achievement.” Dr. Mantri emphasized that focusing on AI keeps young people ‘future ready’ and that the College’s coding courses are ‘tailor-made’ for schools\, helping pupils elevate their skills and explore new interests. “Coding can help children develop problem-solving skills\, logical thinking\, creativity\, and computational thinking abilities\,” Dr. Mantri said. “Coding skills have broad applications and aren’t just for kids interested in computer science.” \nBYITC’s Supermaths coding courses include: \n\nGame development with Scratch programming\nApp development with MIT and Thunkable\nPython programming\nRoblox programming\nMinecraft programming\nData science and AI Java programming\nWeb development with HTML\, CSS\, and JS\n\n(BYITC) Supermaths is based in Glasgow and was set up by Dr. Mantri in 2015. The college now runs global franchises\, including in Dubai\, Sri Lanka\, Basingstoke in England\, and recently launched its London franchise in Queensberry Northwest.

SUMMARY:Heat of the Night: Artist Jeremy Houghton
DESCRIPTION:Jeremy has an impressive provenance\, exhibiting internationally\, as well as being artist in residence for the late Queen at Windsor Castle. \n\n\n\nProfile\nBritish artist Jeremy Houghton paints incredible journeys\, favouring themes of light\, space and passages of time. The subjects that characterise these scenes are illuminated by his focus on the spaces in which bodies linger\, shimmer\, move and often take flight. Houghton’s signature flamingo portfolio started during his first residency in South Africa where his paintings were used to raise awareness of these eye catching endangered birds. A recent visit to the Kalahari Desert in 2023 has inspired a new collection elevated with gold leaf as a comment on the rarity of the species. \nWhilst the majority of Houghton’s studio practice focuses on his ongoing flamingo collection\, over the last 20 years he has also been artist in residence for a number of high-profile communities\, from those at Windsor Castle for HM Queen Elizabeth II to 2017’s Wimbledon championships\, and the competitors at the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympic Games. These tonal works use a reduced palette to research the representation of movement\, both physically and of time. \nHoughton continually explores the potential of negative space to represent light\, and often references ‘ma’\, the concept in Japanese aesthetics that translates roughly as ‘gap’ or ‘pause’\, which in traditional practice helps balance the relationship between different areas of an image. This enables his subjects to glimmer in the liminal territory between figuration and abstraction. \n  \n\n\n\n\nResidency Dates\n2024\nArtist in Residence for Gifford’s Circus \n2023\nArtist in Residence for the Northampton Saints \n2022\nOfficial Artist for the Falkland’s 40th Anniversary \n2021\nThe Lygon Arms\, Broadway \n2019\nArtist in Residence for the Scouts \n2018\nOfficial Artist for the RAF Centenary \n2017\nChampionship Artist\, Wimbledon \n2016-2017\nArtist in Residence for the America’s Cup \n2016\nOfficial Artist for the James Hunt Estate \n2015\nArtist in Residence at Goodwood for the Duke of Richmond \n2014\nArtist in Residence at Windsor Castle for Her Majesty The Queen \n2013\nArtist in Residence at Highgrove for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales \n2012\nOfficial Artist for the London Olympic Games \n2011\nArtist in Residence\, Kamfer’s Dam\, South Africa \n2009\nArtist in Residence for HM The Queen’s Ceremonial Bodyguard  at St. James’s Palace. \n2008\nOfficial Artist\, London Fashion Week \n2004\nArtist in Residence\, Rorke’s Drift\, KwaZulu-Natal\, South Africa \n\n

SUMMARY:RECOLLECT - Anna Bingham & Annamarie Dzendrowskyj
DESCRIPTION:Recollect combines two solo presentations under one roof\, with Anna Bingham and Annamarie Dzendrowskyj sharing the unique exhibition space of a sensitively restored Georgian building. The artists respond to the exposed walls at One Paved Court that hold memories of the building’s past with individual contemplations on our intrinsic connection to our environment. \nAnna Bingham describes her ceramics as holding spaces for memories of place. As they grow and change throughout the making process\, the vessels themselves become metaphors for the interplay of fragility and strength. Whether sketched and planned or spontaneously assembled\, with the plants that inspired them evident or abstracted\, Bingham reflects on the perennial cycle of life both in sculpture and in painting. \nAnnamarie Dzendrowskyj’s practice is centred on capturing fleeting moments between presence and absence. Her current body of work is based on photographs she took in the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area shortly after much of it was destroyed by bushfires\, highlighting both the beauty and precarity of the Australian landscape. An interpretation\, rather than a reproduction\, her paintings explore the interplay of darkness and light to highlight that one cannot exist without the other. \nWith Annamarie Dzendrowskyj drawing inspiration from ancient landscapes existing despite human intervention\, and Anna Bingham’s work highlighting the benefit of gardens and green spaces on human wellbeing\, Recollect serves as a reminder of the interdependence between humans and nature. \n  \nRecollect is part of a series of exhibitions hosted by White Noise Projects\, a group of emerging and mid-career artists who showcase meticulously chosen artworks through a series of group and solo exhibitions. \nEstablished in 2017 by mixed media artist Hanna ten Doornkaat and painter Annamarie Dzendrowskyj the collective curates exhibitions centred around themes pertinent to contemporary artistic practice\, and in response to exhibition spaces that surpass the idea of the white cube.

SUMMARY:South West Photographer of the Year Exhibition at Paddington Station
DESCRIPTION:With summer finally here\, and thoughts turning to days spent by the sea\, what better time to celebrate one of the UK’s most spectacular sections of coastline? Taking place at London’s Paddington Station (Platforms 8 & 9) from 3 – 30 July\, the South West Coast Path Photographer of the Year Exhibition offers visitors the chance to view all the winning images from this popular photography competition… and more.\n\nHighlighting the diversity\, beauty\, wildlife\, heritage and seasonality of the coastal environment\, both on and around the South West Coast Path – 630 miles of stunning coastline spanning four counties\, from Minehead to Poole – the exhibition will also include images that illustrate all too clearly the impact of climate change on and around England’s longest National Trail.\n\nOrganised by the South West Coast Path Association\, the South West Coast Path Photographer of the Year competition is now in its 12th year\, although this is the first time that a public exhibition has been held for it in the capital\, thanks to headline sponsors\, Great Western Railway (GWR) along with the support of Network Rail. Choosing an overall winner from the 1\,500 entries was a challenging task for the judges\, who awarded the coveted title to James Loveridge for his striking photograph entitled ‘An aerial view over Lyme Regis Cobb during Storm Ciaran’ (shown)\, which impressed the panel both with its beauty and its messages.\n\nVisitors to the South West Coast Path Photographer of the Year Exhibition at Paddington Station will be able to view James’ winning image\, as well as see beautiful photographs from the winners and runners-up in competition categories that include Urban Lines\, Climate Change\, Sky Shot and Young Photographer of the Year.\n\nThere will also be a free-to-enter competition at the stand to win a framed print of a photograph of your choice from the selection on display\, as well as plenty of information about visiting the South West Coast Path\, and the work of the South West Coast Path Association and its partners to protect and preserve this beautiful natural treasure for all. Visitors can also make an on-the-spot donation to the charity using QR codes displayed on each of the exhibition panels\, should they so wish.\n\nEVENT START & FINISH TIME: All-day event from 3rd July to 30th July inclusive.

SUMMARY:KILYNN LUNSFORD + THE REBEL + THE PHEROMOANS
DESCRIPTION:Upset The Rhythm presents… \nKILYNN LUNSFORD\nTHE REBEL\nTHE PHEROMOANS\nWednesday 3 July\nNew River Studios\, 199 Eade Rd\, Harringay\, London\, N4 1DN\n7.30pm | £9 | Tickets: https://link.dice.fm/qf75cce9e3be \nKILYNN LUNSFORD had been conceiving her first solo album since she was a young teen. Growing up in Philadelphia through the MTV era of Missy Elliot\, Timbaland and the Swing Mob collective\, and drawn towards its “sometimes ridiculous\, but overloaded” qualities\, she found herself returning to that state of emerging adulthood when the moment for a solo record finally arose. ‘Custodians of Human Succession’\, released on Ever Never Records\, straddles unclear boundaries between electro-pop\, post-punk and the avant-garde; it delves into those liminal spaces between pop culture and experimentalism\, between city and country\, between verse and chorus. \nWritten over four years\, drafted during long car rides from work\, hewn out first thing in the morning or last thing at night ‘Custodians’…is Lunsford’s first work since the dissolution of her former project\, noise-punk outfit Taiwan Housing Project in 2021. The album itself operates like a collage\, splintered and warped\, each song in imprinting its own shape and colour to fashion a finished whole. Industrial-edged electro-pop a la Chris and Cosey sits shoulder to shoulder with twangling new wave rock ‘n’ roll ironies. Lunsford’s caustic lyrics embellish this further\, packed as they are with a potent blood-stream of unflinching surrealism and discomfiting satire. Impacted by her experiences as Healthcare Union Organiser working through a pandemic\, and as a sufferer of an autoimmune disorder with no healthcare coverage\, a festering anger boils at the album’s core. Little wonder how\, from all this\, comes a record of commensurate disturbance\, and brilliant intrigue.\nhttps://evernever-records.bandcamp.com/album/custodians-of-human-succession \nTHE REBEL was born Benedict Roger Wallers in 1971. Since 1989 BR Wallers has recorded & hand-distributed a bewildering array of impossibly hard-to-find home-made cassette-albums\, under a variety of guises. Wallers is a charismatic lone wolf in a cowboy hat and a tie whose electrified howls are too idiosyncratic to be broken down into market-oriented terms. It is difficult to sketch a thumbnail summary of a musician who has amassed a vast and unwieldy discography under a variety of names and genres: the most widely acclaimed is probably the Country Teasers\, but he also moonlights as the Company\, the Male Nurse\, the Beale\, the Stallion\, the Black Poodle and Skills on Ampex\, across folk\, country\, garage\, post-punk\, no wave and electronic pop. In the main part The Rebel is centred around twisted Casio drones\, clanging guitar and some defiantly deadpan vocals\, all thrown in the pan and pressure-cooked in Wallers’ mind. Wallers has amassed a near-unquantifiable discography over the past 30 years\, from scores of more or less “official” LPs\, EPs and 7”s to seemingly endless self-released cassettes.\nhttps://the-rebel.bandcamp.com/ \nTHE PHEROMOANS are tenants of an unruly domain. Over the last 18 years the group have evolved from garage rock primitivists to auteurs of their own curious sound; a frothy brew of loose electronics\, refractory rock and humdrum musing. Their songs are mutable\, capricious\, unreliable narrations\, often withholding as much as they reveal. Russell Walker’s understated vocal has always been the band’s unifying focus\, it is wry\, unsparing and wilfully honest. Walker’s lyrics are an observational tour de force\, sometimes droll\, yet often tipping over into unlikely pathos. With previous releases on Upset The Rhythm\, Convulsive and Alter\, 2024 will witness The Pheromoans return with lucky album number 13\, entitled ‘Wyrd Psearch’ (out now 1st on Upset The Rhythm). With The Pheromoans there is always a familiarity at play\, only broken and reassembled\, like a bygone sitcom gone rogue in your memory. This contributes to the group’s peculiarly British outsider perspective\, one that shouts from the sidelines\, but never goes unnoticed.\nhttps://upsettherhythm.bandcamp.com/album/wyrd-psearch

SUMMARY:London Children's Ballet - Peacock Theatre
DESCRIPTION:LONDON CHILDREN’S BALLET’S 30th ANNIVERSARY NEW REVIVAL PRODUCTION OF THE SECRET GARDEN at The Peacock Theatre\, London WC2A 2HT from 4 – 7 July 2024 \n  \nBox Office https://www.sadlerswells.com/whats-on/london-childrens-ballet-the-secret-garden/ \n\n\n\n\nFrom Thursday\, July 4\, to Sunday\, July 7\, 2024\, London Children’s Ballet presents a revival of the much-loved classic The Secret Garden. With a cast of 50 talented young dancers aged 9 – 16\, this timeless children’s story is brought to life after months of rehearsals. \nWhile The Secret Garden is an exquisite children’s story\, its timeless themes\, precisely drawn characters\, and taut narrative offer a tale of redemption\, rich with symbolism and mythical associations. Mary Lennox has no one left in the world when she arrives at Misselthwaite Manor\, her mysterious uncle’s enormous\, drafty mansion looming on the edge of the moors. A cholera epidemic has ravaged the Indian village in which she was born\, killing both her parents and the “Ayah\,” who cared for her. She is alone. Her socialite mother had no time between parties for Mary\, and her father was too ill and occupied by his work to raise his daughter. Not long after coming to live with her uncle\, Mr. Craven\, Mary discovers a walled garden that is neglected and in ruins. Soon\, she meets her maid Martha’s brother Dickon\, a robust country boy nourished both by his mother’s love and by the natural surroundings of the countryside\, and her tyrannical cousin Colin\, whose mother died giving birth to him. So traumatised was Mr Craven by the sudden death of his beloved wife that he effectively abandoned the infant Colin and buried the keys to the garden that she adored. His son has grown into a self-loathing hypochondriacal child whose tantrums strike fear into the hearts of the household. The lush garden is overgrown\, and everyone is forbidden to enter it. No one can even remember where the door is until a robin leads Mary to its hidden key. It is in the “secret garden\,” and with the help of Dickon that Mary and Colin find the path to physical and spiritual health. Along the way\, the three children discover that their imaginations have the power to transform lives in this 80-minute story ballet. \nThe Premiere Performance will take place at 7 pm on Thursday 4 July 2024 \nhttps://londonchildrensballet.formstack.com/forms/2024premiereperformance \nFurther performances run from: \nFriday 5 July at 7 pm\nSaturday 6 July at 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm\nSunday 7 July at 12.30 pm and 4.30 pm\nBox Office: https://www.sadlerswells.com/whats-on/london-childrens-ballet-the-secret-garden/ Ticket prices from £18 – £55 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis season\, LCB welcomes back established choreographer Jenna Lee\, heading up the artistic team (Artistic Director Ruth Brill is currently on maternity leave) for this 2024 full-length revival of The Secret Garden\, last performed by LCB in 2013. Since choreographing LCB’s Anne of Green Gables in 2022\, she has helped launch and develop Saudia Arabia’s first performing arts course for children\, choreographed a new piece for concert pianist Yoshiki at the Royal Albert Hall and continues to create for English National Ballet where previously danced for 12 years\, performing as a Soloist. Original choreographer Erico Montes\, previously with the Royal Ballet and now Ballet Master at Ballet de L’Opera National du Capitole\, Toulouse\, has returned to revise the choreography. Gemma Pitchley-Gale\, the former Royal Ballet First Artist\, is the Senior Rehearsal Director and works alongside Richard Bermange to stage the ballet. Described by BBC Music Magazine as ‘one of the most exciting and innovative composers around….. award-winning composer Artem Vassiliev’s lyrical score was developed in parallel with the original 2013 scenario. Original sets by Neil Irish are tweaked this season by Revival Set and Costume Designer Carrie-Ann Stein\, who trained in fine art\, costume construction and fashion design at the Royal College of Art\, the Royal Opera House and Central Saint Martins. Prizes include the Linbury Prize for Stage Design\, the Costume Society Award\, the Royal Opera House Costume Prize and a Royal Opera House Bursary. She is creating a variety of new costumes based on the originals by costume designers Eva Le Blanc and Sophie Cabot\, both graduates of Wimbledon College of Art. \nLondon Children’s Ballet is a performance company that inspires the pursuit of excellence and changes lives through dance. A leader in creating original narrative work and introducing new audiences to ballet\, the LCB creates a new West End ballet each year performed by talented dancers aged 9-16. Outreach work takes ballet into schools\, care homes and special needs centres in and around London. \nFounded by Lucille Briance in 1994\, LCB is a charity that aims to inspire children from all backgrounds through dance\, planting the seed of a long-lasting passion that will enrich their lives. With her retirement after 25 years at the helm\, ex-English National Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet dancer and choreographer Ruth Brill became LCB’s Artistic Director. Each year\, a favourite children’s story is developed with an original scenario full of humour\, drama and excitement to engage a family audience. LCB then commissions an emerging composer to write a ‘full-evening’ narrative score and a choreographer to set the ballet\, working with up-and-coming costume and set designers. LCB then stages this stunning new ballet performed over a week-long run to sell- out audiences in the West End’s Peacock Theatre. From time to time\, revivals are staged to popular acclaim. \nThe LCB Company comprises highly talented young dancers aged 9-14 (boys 9-16). Up to 50 children join the company through annual competitive auditions of over 600 applicants\, held each October/November. The following 6-month rehearsal and performance experience is free of charge\, which not only makes LCB unique but also means there is no barrier to talent – LCB dancers come from every economic\, social and ethnic background\, united by their passion for ballet. LCB does not only select technically gifted children; during auditions\, judges also prioritise applicants with a compelling stage presence and strong acting ability\, as these qualities make them engaging to watch\, regardless of their physical attributes. \nLCB dancers rehearse on Sundays from January to July\, with intensive daily rehearsals over the February and Easter holidays and the Summer half-term. They receive over 100 hours of free specialist ballet tuition and performance experience. London Children’s Ballet fundraises year-round to ensure that it can offer its unique opportunity to young dancers regardless of their circumstances. Demand for places has remained so high that a second branch of the company\, LCB Tour\, was created in 2004 to increase the number of children able to participate and to broaden the outreach the organisation can achieve. Four times a year\, 48 additional LCB touring company dancers perform an abridged version of one of LCB’s ballets in residential homes\, hospices\, day centres and special educational needs schools\, taking ballet out into the community and ensuring an enriching experience for all involved. LCB also runs the popular ‘Ballet for a £’ programme\, which reaches 2\,000 primary school children and the elderly. As well as attending the annual production\, all the primary schools taking part receive a 2-hour workshop either before or after the performance\, led by LCB teachers and accompanied by live music. \nLCB alumni dancers include Anna Rose O’Sullivan Principal with the Royal Ballet\, James Streeter First Soloist with English National Ballet\, choreographers Jenna Lee\, Charlotte Edmonds and Arielle Smith who is currently choreographing a new Nutcracker for ENB and West End star Lucy St Louis. LCB’s working associates include \n\n\n\n\n\n\nchoreographers Cathy Marston\, Ruth Brill and Irek Mukhamedov and composers Artem Vasiliev and Ben Foskett. \nChanging Lives Through Dance: Key Facts & Figures \n\n20 choreographers and 11 composers have set their first full-length ballet for LCB\n1\,445 young dancers have received over 100 hours of free tuition and performed on stage with LCB\n838 young dancers have performed as part of an LCB Touring Company\n12\,969 children from over 250 ballet schools have auditioned for LCB\n37\,558 disadvantaged children and isolated elderly people have seen an LCB production through ourBallet for £1 programme; for most\, this is their first experience of ballet\n25% of all tickets to LCB performances are available to schools and charities for £1\n472 outreach venues have hosted a performance by an LCB touring company\, bringing the joy of danceand music to hospices\, special needs schools\, hospitals\, day centres and residential nursing homes\nLCB has created 16 original narrative ballet productions with new music and choreography\n9\,067 inner-city primary school children have participated in free LCB ballet workshops\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n‘They may be young\, but the dancers of the London Children’s Ballet are professional to a fault\, and that\, combined with their obvious enjoyment of performance\, makes their latest show\, Snow White\, an absolute delight…….their brand new iteration demonstrates\, all aspects of the production are up to West End standards.’ Teresa Guerreiro\, Culture Whisper\, 2023 \n‘I never cease to be amazed at the professionalism and quality of this company.’ Graham Watts\, Critic\, 2023 \n‘Credit to the excellent repetiteurs and organisers in getting the production to a professional level. London is fortunate to have access to a wealth of arts\, and I wish every town had such a Children’s Ballet. Maggie Foyer\, Seeing Dance\, 2023 \n‘Performers and audience members delight in this production treat\, which incorporates joyous dancing\, original music played live by an orchestra\, stunning sets and colourful costumes. It is a West End-worthy offering. Furthermore\, some of the land’s most accomplished and ambitious creatives have teamed up to showcase the youngsters’ skills and enthuse the next generation of dance lovers.’ ‘The quality of Snow White ably demonstrates LCB’s commitment to nurturing classical technique\, telling captivating stories and connecting with an audience.’ Georgina Butler\, Critic\, 2023 \n‘It is sobering to consider that a production of this calibre is performed by a group of children. My daughters and I were entranced\, moved\, and inspired by this wonderful performance.’ Elisabeth Rushton\, Critic\, Just Luxe\, 2023 \n‘GodblesstheLondonChildren’sBalletformakingthedreamsofourchildrencometrue’ MarinaPanganiban\, mother of LCB dancer \n‘This is the only time our pupils would be able to meet ‘real ballet dancers’ and get to touch and feel such beautiful costumes…There were several children who seemed to engage with the emotion of the performance\, particularly when ‘dramatic\, scary’ music came on. A few were dancing in their seats!’ Mandeville School \n‘It was LCB that gave me the inspiration to pursue classical dance as a career.’ Anna RoseO’Sullivan\, Principal\, The Royal Ballet \n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBox Office https://www.sadlerswells.com/whats-on/london-childrens-ballet-the-secret-garden/ All other images: Photography by ASH
