Whoever wants to answer it\, answers it — four or five minutes each\, no notes. There’s a pause in the middle for tea and snacks\, and then the circle picks up where it left off. \nIt’s phone-free and alcohol-free. No networking\, no name badges\, no small talk. And you don’t have to tell a story at all: listening counts\, and plenty of people say nothing for the first hour. \nTwelve seats per sitting.
