DESCRIPTION:This event is all about bringing women together in a welcoming space where you can pause\, enjoy yourself\, meet others and take a little time for you. \nJoin us at Battersea Arts Centre on Saturday 6 June 2026 from 12pm to 4pm for an uplifting afternoon filled with good company\, useful wellbeing support and simple activities you can join in with at your own pace. \nYou do not need to know anyone before you come. You can arrive on your own\, bring a friend\, come with your mum\, sister\, auntie\, neighbour or another woman who would enjoy a lovely afternoon out. There will be friendly faces waiting to welcome you. \nDuring the afternoon\, you can enjoy: \n\nAfternoon tea and refreshments\nMindful stretching and gentle movement\nCommunity talks\nAsk a Pharmacist session\nArts and crafts\nHair and wellbeing advice\nRaffle prize draw\nTime to chat\, relax and connect with other local women\n\nThis is not a formal workshop or a serious sit down event. It is a relaxed afternoon where you can move around\, have a cup of tea\, try something creative\, listen in\, ask questions\, meet new people or simply enjoy being in a friendly women only space. \nCommuni-TEA is perfect for women who want to meet others locally\, take a break from a busy week\, try something new\, or enjoy a positive afternoon in good company.
