In this class
Whether you’re a committed vegan, or would just like to brush up your skills to cook for friends, this course will give you exactly what you need. You will learn kitchen skills and how to plan recipes. At the end, you eat the dishes you have prepared.
In the first part of the class, you will learn all the basic-but-amazing kitchen skills (such as knife skills, how to plate like the pro’s, how to interpret and plan new recipes, just to name a few).
After mastering the basics you will learn to cook delicious vegan food.
We hate it when we hear people say that Vegan food is boring, this class aims to prove that vegan food can both be exciting and delicious. Our chefs have an impressive repertoire of dishes which they will share, plus many tips and techniques to ensure you have confidence when cooking vegetarian food.
