Top Drawer Spring 2018
Top Drawer Spring (Gift Fair) takes place in London, United Kingdom from 14.01 to 16.01.18 at Olympia. Trade show is organized by Clarion Events.
CAN ANYONE VISIT TOP DRAWER?
Top Drawer is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a ‘minimum order’ policy and will not sell to members of the public. If you are in the process of setting up your own retail business, or are a student within the retail industry then you are more than welcome to attend.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF TRADE?
Yes. Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you which can include a business card or a company cheque book. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.

Please note that if you do not register before the show, a ticket on the door will cost £50.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO VISIT TOP DRAWER?
If you pre-register prior to the show you will save yourself a £20 onsite fee. All those who aren’t pre-registered will have to pay £20 on the door when they arrive at the show.
WHEN DO I GET MY BADGE?
Top Drawer has ‘gone green’, meaning we will not be sending out any badges in the post. Simply bring your registration confirmation email, or just your badge number and you will be able to print off your badge at the show. If you have any questions regarding your badge please contact one of our team members.
HOW CAN I ATTEND AS A VIP?
All exhibitors are entitled to invite their key buyers to attend the show as VIPs, entitling them to fast track entry, use of the Indigo Club lounge, and free cloakroom use. If you have been nominated, your badge will state your VIP nominated status, and the accompanying badge letter will highlight that you have been nominated by an exhibitor.
WHAT IS THE INDIGO CLUB?
The Indigo Club is a loyalty club for the most loyal and important department store, multiple, and independent buyers to Clarion Events retail trade shows. If you are an Indigo Club member wishing to attend Top Drawer, you should bring your Indigo Club badge with you to the show, to ensure your fast-track entry.
Be sure to use the facilities in the Indigo Lounge at the show, where you can take advantage of complimentary tea, coffee, and cloakroom facilities.
Please note: In order to obtain/retain your membership for S/S18 you need to have attended any three of our shows in 2017, or the same show for three consecutive years.
WHAT DISABLED FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW?

CAN I BRING MY YOUNG CHILD WITH ME?
If you choose to bring your young child with you to Top Drawer, you must be responsible for the child, and be aware that we have no creche facilities. We do not promote Top Drawer as an environment for children.
ARE THERE ANY SECURITY PROCEDURES AT THE SHOW?
Security procedures will be carry out to ensure safety to all our visitors.
